Production Time

  • All orders begin processing on the next business day. 

Production time may increase during sales and holidays. 

Shipping

  • Once your order has been processed, orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail, with delivery between 3-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping is available.
  • Di Sorella is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit and It is the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged.

Changes & Cancellations

  • We begin the jewelry-making process immediately, so we cannot allow changes to orders once they have been placed. If the order has not yet been stamped or started, we'll do our best to accommodate a cancellation or change. Please email shopdisorella@gmail.com as soon as possible with your first and last name, order number, and request for a cancellation or change. However, we cannot guarantee that we can make these adjustments before production has started.
  • Please note: We are unable to cancel or change orders that have already entered production.

Redirecting

  • Once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to redirect them. Please provide an address where someone will be available to receive the package or where it can be safely left unattended. If you need to redirect your parcel, please contact USPS directly. Ensure your shipping details are accurate, as customers are responsible for any fees resulting from orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery information.

Tracking

  • Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive an email containing a tracking number link, allowing you to follow its journey directly to your door.
